I'm planning an upgrade from SQL Server 2014 to SQL Server 2016, an in-place style upgrade (no other test/sand-box available), and I have a number of packages that feed 5 different cubes. We are on Windows Server 2012 R2. The cubes are Tabular.
I'm told it's quite smooth, however, outside of running test checks for compatibility, were there any issues, minor fixes to packages, etc or was it a straight over cut and no worries?
