Understanding response times (user experience) in SSRS 2008R2

    My team is trying to understand response times in SSRS 2008R2 SharePoint 2010 integrated mode with scale out deployment. We started by looking at the execution logs and quickly realised, with the aid of a stopwatch, that there is additional time on top of what is being reported there. In many cases the time recorded in the execution log was much less than the total time for a report to finish running.

    We looked at the IIS log on the web server and found the missing time. However we haven't figured out how to explore this in more detail and fix...

    Any ideas would be appreciated.
