We have recently migrate the sql server 2008 r2 to 2012 features, Now we will have to consolidate the Migrated Instance on new environment, Can anyone help on consolidating the SQL SERVER 2012 Instances(More than 9 Instances) and best practices as well. If we have Presentation deck that will be helpful.
