Beginner wants general overview

    Hi all, I wonder if someone could please direct me to a good place to learn the basics and an overview of SQL Server admin, or suggest a good manual or videos or training course.

    I work in a small company that uses a lot of databases that have SQL as the backend and I'd like to know a little bit more about it but not too much!

    I don't know programming but I was an IT person (MCSE NT4) before moving into project management.
