When you are viewing a forum thread that you are subscribed to, it shows you the type of notification you have and hyperlink to manage subscriptions. When you click on this link from a forum thread it takes you to the first page of your subscriptions. It would be beneficial if it took you to the page where you can find that particular item and modify/cancel your subscription for that forum topic.
