Export to PDF for sql server 2008 R2 fails and time out (PDF Rendering issue)

  Hi ,

  I have a SSRS report when preview the report in BIs or SSRS report server report is generated correctly.

  When I try to export this report to PDF It hangs

  Please note this report consists of one subreport and inside that subreport there are 6 more subreports and inside one of them are 2 more subreports.

  I know it is not good design to use subreports to this extend but I inherited this report and I need to fix it

  This issue is not always happen I have employer number as input parameter and for some employers export to PDF works while for some of them not!!

  Infact this report is widely used and this issue only happens for few Employers.

  The error is "unable to evaluate expression".

  Export to word always work though. So i though should be something related to the data first.

  But when I delete any of of the 6 subreports(No Mater which one) and then rerun the report the problematic employer number PDF render starts to work.

  Is this a SSRS unknown issue which renedring the PDF?

  We are using sql server 2008 R2.

  Any idea would be much apprecaited!
