File share provider- An impersonation error

  Hello - please let me know how to resolve this error,

  When a user subscribes for a windows file share subscription, he gets the following error. Any advice on how to resolve this. thanks

  Microsoft.ReportingServices.FileShareDeliveryProvider.FileShareProvider+NetworkErrorException: An impersonation error occurred using the security context of the current user. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

  The user has to have both SQL Access to run the report and access to the file share they are saving the report to. Do they have both of those?
