Another clear and concise article, thanks Perry.

I am looking at creating a local VMs 2 node SQL Cluster (with 1 DC) for both SQL 2008 R2 and 2012. I have done this in Virtual box on my laptop (however, I need more RAM, 8GB just doesn't cut it) and my DC kept on dropping, however I do have a HP Proliant N54L box with 16GB RAM and 2 x 1TB Western Digital disks. This stairway will be very useful in creating my 2012 environment using VMWare/esxi.

I also use this helpful site: http://www.tinkertry.com/ (click on Home labs)
