General Script or Method to Query/Report Permissons for a SQL Server Instance

  • Hello,

    Is there a general SQL script or method for putting together a list of all users and permissions for a specific SQL Server instance? I am needing to put together a summary of all permissions on a specific SQL Server 2005 database.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
