    Are you looking at a query that would list out all users along with their permissions on objects?

    Not just a query. I'm looking for an article. Imagine that you need to audit permissions and check for all permissions for a user with this new SQL Server 2014 setting.

    Perhaps you want to ensure that people not in group X cannot read certain tables. Or that you want to verify that people in group x have rights to tables a, b, c, but that d doesn't show up because you've set DENY.

    Think about teaching someone how to check permissions with this new option.
