Hi All,
I am new to SSRS and I have task to edit report model in SSRS. We have a reporting model that i tried to edit as i have added new fields for that database/table(s) ..
here is what I did
-->in dsv file for the table that I need to add new fields to I right clicked on it and then clicked on "Edit named Query"
-->then added new fields to query and build the project
-->now in smdl file I tried to add new fileds to that certain table source by right clicking on it and selecting "add-> new source field" and I renamed it as it is as in the table
-->now when I try to build the application I get an error like "The binding is missing for the Attribute "EthicsApprovalType". Attribute must have exactly one Column binding if Expression is not specified"
Please help me .. am not sure what else am missing.
