Publisher --> SQL 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition
Distributor--> SQL 2008 R2 Enterprise
Transaction Repl Log Reader very slow, executing sp_replcmds against pub.
Not much data seen loading into distributor
6 minutes latency seen on for all distribution agents and climbing...
Publisher is under High Seasonal Load.
Where to find bottleneck as the log reader sp_replcommands is an extended sp and cannot open.
12/23/2013 update: We also increased the read batch size to 500 and then up to 1500 with no improvemtne.
