Does anyone happen to have this table, or similar, with the countries listed by TZ Index Value? The CATI portion of SPSS Dimensions uses these to dial based on time zone, but the information I get to process doesn't always have city information - nor is their city list complete - so I usually have to use country to set. It's becoming a nuisance, so I figured I'd ask a bit before hammering it out on my own.
