i need basic and step by step instruction.....

The easiest method is to use Generate Scripts under the database task menu. If the database is huge you'd want to generate a schema only copy first then import the data. Otherwise you can import the data and schema at the same time.

Don't forget that this approach won't copy TRIGGERs or INDEXs. At least it didn't the last time I tried.

My thought question: Have you ever been told that your query runs too fast?

My advice:
INDEXing a poor-performing query is like putting sugar on cat food. Yeah, it probably tastes better but are you sure you want to eat it?

That depends on your scripting options. On the "Set Scripting Options" step you can click on the advanced button. From there you have a lot of choices of what to script and what not to script.
