    I m facing lot of blocking and open train issue in my office.

    please help me if i get this types of issue then how to troubleshooting blocking and open train issue. Please give me any script to find it also,

    Please help me i m very new and i dont have much more experience.

    You can find scripts that will show you the blocking processes. Then identify the primary blocking process. From that point you need to identify what the process is doing, what others are doing, and the cause of the blocking.

    You may see recommendations to kill the lead process, but that is a bad idea without understanding what is going on. You need to identify the "what, where, why ..." and actually solve the problem.
