SSRS Subscriptions failure

    We have a data driven subscription that would email a report to 40 users. It is scheduled to run every morning at 7:45 am. The report runs pretty quick when it is run manually(takes hardly 10 secs), however the subscription fails for few users. We had some issues with RS around 8-9 am this morning and when we checked the cpu utilization it was 100% and our dba told that this report is taking almost all of the cpu thus causing the reporting servcies to run slow. Any ideas of how to fix this. Attahced file shows how the subscription was successful for few users and failed for few users.

    What is the failure message saying? What is the dba looking at that suggests this one report is taking all the cpu?
