  Hi Friends ,

  In ssis package , trying to pull data from excel to a table

  I have a date column in a table ,but excel has "date, text" in date column.

  How can I insert the date , text in a table date column ?

  I tried taking date caolumn datatype as varcahr(10) but not inserting valid date.

  example:

  DATE

  3/10/2013

  recrr
