One of user is complaining about a reporting server issue, whenever they try to upload a file, they are getting the below error....i checked for space issue......it's not the space issue, i am kind of lost as to what to check next. Please see the error message below and adivse if you have any ides.

The error says it is internal error. ( most probably you will not get much more info even in the RS Server logs .. but that is your best bet for any info)
If you are the Admin and are you able to upload the Report to deploy on the Server ?
Does the User have Publisher permissions ?
