    this is sql server 2012 Eval Edition and I'm getting this error any time I want to install.

    Hi Nassan
    do two of these instruction :
    first move the installation folder (whole installation folder) to D: or E: with minimum English address
    second : be careful ... give the authority to this folder (in security tab when you right click on that folder)
    and use this same owner in the steps of installation (add current user).
