  We were not able to start the sql server agent in SQL FAILOVER CLUSTER, getting the following error in the sqlagent.out

  2011-11-03 12:15:15 - ! [298] SQLServer Error: 2, Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2]. [SQLSTATE 08001]

  2011-11-03 12:15:15 - ! [165] ODBC Error: 0, Login timeout expired [SQLSTATE HYT00]
