Database Mail Disabled but SQL Server Agent Sends Out Alert Emails

    Since executing sysmail_stop_sp (disabling the Mail queue) - sp_send_dbmail will stop working (as expected) but the sql agent still sends out Alert emails when I RAISERROR with Log

    I also disabling the Database Mail XP's in configurations and yet the Agent sends out emails.

    Any thoughts?

    Why dont you can delete the Profile which you are using for Alerts..
