    i need a script for script out all jobs in sqlserver2000.

    This Script will create SQL syntax for re-creating existing SQL Server jobs.

    The OUTPUT of this script will be a TSQL statement, which can used to recreate the jobs.

    I want tose this script to create jobs from one SQL instance to another instance.

    take a look at the script contributions on the site:

    the second link from this results explicitly says jobs for SQL 2000/05/08,

    I think another search for the other items you mentioned will certainly yield something you could use.
