Hi,
i have morethan 100+ database in single instance but now i have plan for create Dr site server.
is it possiable for all database in Dr site..?
how can i do it..?

Of course it is possible, for DR site you should have mirrored hardware (the same) - so if you can put 100 DB's on your production site, you should have no issues putting 100 DB's on your DR site.
What will your method of getting the DB's over there and keeping them in sync? Log shipping? 3rd party software? Etc?

Storage replication (i.e. EMC SRDF) would be the easiest way of not worrying about 100 databases individually. Or you could write a custom log shipping routine that takes care of multiple db's at a time. That could be a lot of work, if there are different recovery objectives among all of the databases, meaning some logs get backed up every 15 minutes, some hourly, etc.
