So - learned the hard way that there are Symmectric Encryption keys in the ReportServer. Was able to get it reattached and reencrypted, but now all the subscriptions have been wiped out.
When we put them back together - They are hanging in status as 'Pending' and I need to get this resolved asap, but have not been able to find anything on it.
This is a SQL Server 2008 R2 SSRS configuration. Databases are on one server, and the SSRS services are on another.
