I have Matrix report which runs in good amount of time in visual studio... but when deployed to the report manager it is taking lot of time if the parameter value increased.
I am not using sp's in the report. I put the query in the report.
Have you debugged the query using the parameters that dont work in the report directly against the databases to see what the performance of the query with them paramateres is?
the query runs good for any values in less than a minute. even the reprot runs good on BIDS. The problem is on the report manager. FYI... the report is Matrix the row values are displayed as columns.
