This is an interesting article; I enjoyed reading it and learned several things from it. However, we have been using SQL Server merge replication for many years (since SQL Server 2000), and several of our tables include text columns that replicate just fine. So, I don't understand the entry in the table of merge-replication requirements and limitations that indicates that
TEXT, NTEXT, or IMAGE data types are not replicated.
