SSRS Conditional formatting

  • Hi

I have an SSRS report that I want to use conditional formatting, but I'm not sure that what I want to do is possible, I have not been able to find a solution on forums yet.

I have a table with columns "Servername", "PageLifeExpectancy". I want to use conditional formatting to hightlight the "Page Life Expectancy" value according to the "ServerName".

    Thus,

If the "Servername"='Server1' AND the "PageLifeExpectancy"<1400 then "PageLifeExpectancy" colour should be RED

If the "Servername"='Server1' AND the "PageLifeExpectancy">1400 then "PageLifeExpectancy" colour should be GREEN

If the "Servername"='Server2' AND the "PageLifeExpectancy"<300 then "PageLifeExpectancy" colour should be RED

If the "Servername"='Server2' AND the "PageLifeExpectancy"<300 then "PageLifeExpectancy" colour should be GREEN

I hope someone can help me to set this up as I really do not want to create this report in Excel. 🙂

    Thx,

    Theresa
