hai,
can anybody tell me how to load the excel with diff columns
ie i have global , region, cluster, market
what i need is want to load the all four columns data into one
any ideas

Not exactly sure what you're asking. Are you saying you have four columns and you'd like them to be in one column? If so, you can use the Unpivot transformation to put these into one column.

Are you saying that you have four seperate worksheets? I'm really not following you. If you have four spreadsheets, you can use four seperate OLE source transformations and use a Merge or Merge Join transformation to bring these all together. The write out to a single OLE destination.
I have a feeling I'm not understanding the whole issue,

not four work sheets
in one work sheet only four columns like Global Region Cluster Market these are inter linked with hierarchies
as Global
Region
Cluster
Market

Your answers are confusing. Perhaps if you provided some sample data and details of where you want it to go it would clarify things.
