Multi row records in reports

  • Hi Guys,

Despite searching, I haven't been able to find any info on how to go about displaying records in multiple rows. ( I dont mean the cangrow property )

Id like to display a report in the formatting below:

    Contact Date Time Subject

Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes

Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes

Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes Notes

    ....

Where the Notes then used the entire row and expanded as required.

Could anyone point me towards some documentation \ tutorial on how to do this?

    Thanks

    Donald

  • It looks a lot like a newsletter style report (at least for the notes field).

    Hi Koen,

    Thanks for the reply.

I took another look at grouping in SQL Reporting 2005 and managed to sort it out.
