small lock appearing on MS SQL 2008 System database files

  I want to migrate MS SQL R2 databases to a new storage on a Clustered environment. There are small locks appearing on Master, Model,MSDB and tempdb data and log files. When i move them out of folder where these currently lives , but when i change path of Master database files in SQL configuration Manager, SQL wont start. Any help in this regard much appreciated.

  Those little locks just mean that the files have limited access.
