Reg: Windows Authentication

    Hi

    In My Laptop i am using sqlserver 2008.i forget my 'sa' password. I tried windows authentication.But I am facing following Error.

    Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication. (Microsoft sqlserver,Error : 18452 )

    Please give me a solution .

    If you are logged in with administrator privilege on the laptop then restart the SQL server service with the -m switch and then log in using windows authentication.
