Hi,
We are working on one project where the user needs so many real time reports. The reports are combine of so many columns so its difficult to involve all columns in all reports..
Can any one guide me, if is there any option to drag and drop columns and generate the report real time?? Basically we want to give the access to the users to develop the reports on the fly?

Which environment are you working on?
A possibility is to use PivotTables in Excel, either based directly on the SQL relation engine, or on an SSAS cube or on a PowerPivot model.
If you have SQL Server 2012, you could also think about using PowerView.
