How to have Justified Data with Variable Values in Columns and Rows

  Hi Guys

  I come across very complex report (Sample attached) that i need to develop using SSRS 2008. The issue is that this Report has Variable Values in Columns and Rows and its difficult for me to justify the width of the columns.

  Can Anyone help me??????????????
