Does anyone know or have examples of how to color code a column(s) or row(s) based on certain values for an Excel destination within SSIS?
I'm afraid you can't do that natively in SSIS.
Either you build some custom formatting into the excel before the data is written into it, or you write a script task in SSIS that does the formatting after the data has been written or you build a macro into the Excel file that does the formatting.
Yet another option is to build a report in SSRS, do the formatting there and then dump it to Excel.
