Dear All,

Can some one help me out from this issue.

I can see more errors like this in the event viewer.

ERROR:
-------

Message 29/11/2010 10:10:55 AM Error: 18056, Severity: 20, State: 27.
The client was unable to reuse a session with SPID 1370, which had been reset for connection pooling. This error may have been caused by an earlier operation failing. Check the error logs for failed operations immediately before this error message.

Thanks and Regards,
Ravichandra.

This problem occurs because memory allocation contention causes a slowdown on the login process or the query execution process.

It is resolved by applying the hotfix.

Thanks Jason,

But I can see hotfix is for SP2 in "http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=937745&kbln=en-us"

Our environment
------------------
SQLServer2005 -- Standard Edition X86 platform
select serverproperty('productlevel') ---> SP3
select serverproperty('productversion') --->9.00.4053.00

Please advise.

Thanks and Regards,

How much memory do you have?

How many concurrent connections do you have?
