Function to generate sql statement returning max value

By SoftJunk,

When we need to find maximum number value and we don't know how many input parameters are there, this function might be useful. This function will take parameters either values or table fields as a string and manipulate them to return a big CASE statement to find the maximum value.

However, this need to be executed by EXEC command and can't be implemented directly in SQL query. See the example attached with the code on how to make use of it.
