Conflicts between Dev version and VSS

Hi ALL,
We’ve had cases wherein the SP code on the Dev Box doesn’t match to the code checked into Version System (eg VSS). For example a bug is rectified directly on Dev Box but is forgotten to be checked in to Version System (eg VSS). The Version System (eg VSS) code then goes to QA which could be erroneous.
Attached is a script which can be run immediately after QA compiles ALL SP(s) from Version System (eg VSS) on to the QA box. The script checks for code differences in Dev and QA version (which ultimately is the Version System (eg VSS) version). Before execution the DB Names in the Script will have to be replaced with the relevant Dev and Test DB Names. The objects found to in conflict are stored in a table named “ProblemObject” in the DB on which the script is run.The script may not be perfect as it looks for exact matches (which I think should actually be the case) and suggestions are welcome. Hopefully it would help resolve conflict issues.
