This script perform an operation of rebuild or reorganize in all indexes of all users databases. It check fragmentation average for to choose between rebuild ( > 30 ) or reorganze ( 10 and 20). It too check the quantity of page count of each index, because in small tables results with rebuild/reorganize may dont be difference in queries.
