Hi Guys,
I'm having issues restoring transaction logs
device 'D:\Databases\MSSQL\BACKUP\DB_Trans_20081125_21_00_00.trn' is not part of a multiple family media set. BACKUP WITH FORMAT can be used to form a new media set.
The DB is in Full recovery mode and a full backup is done once a day (in a single .bak file) and then a tranactional backup is done hourly. I have successfully restored the full backup but when i try to backup the .trn i get the above message. I am keepin consistant with the .trn backup order (1st .trn first and then so on) but still gettin the same error 🙁
Would anyone be able to shed some light on this for me.

Hehe, silly me i forgot to restore the backup with norecovery :hehe:
