Excel export not shown properlly

    i have designed the SSRS report which contain one address field which is shown correctlly on the report when we run the report but if we export the report then only the single line address seen at first and when we increase the height of the cell then the full address get displayed.

    What should be done to see the full address when we export the report in excel.

    I've seen this as well. Best chance would be to put the address in two lines within the designer.

    The excel output use's the default cell height which is 12.75. So the first line would be displayed but the second, third etc would be hidden. Have you tried exporting into PDF or Tiff format?
