Hi,
I am having difficulty in doing this either in a RS script or directly in SQL Server.
The former does not let me view the jobs for a subscription.
In the latter, I can delete the jobs, but Reporting Services then restores them shortly afterward.
I really need to delete these jobs, because each subscription created a job which is run just the once, leading to a large number or jobs that will never be run again.
Help!
Cheers mike

Hello Mike,
What version of SSRS are you using?
If 2005 (or above) have you also tried deleting the Subscription via the (Report Server specific) Object Explorer? Pleas see BOL Topic “How to: Delete or Modify a Subscription (Management Studio)”.

Hi John,
Thanks very for your advice.
Yes, I am working with the 2005 version.
Your suggestion about using RS Object explorer works fine when you have a few subscriptions to delete, but for deleting many automatically on a daily basis, say, I would like to have a programmatic way, so that my clients can set a SQL Server job and forget about it. Those subscriptions guid names look ugly and clutter up the job list. (Incidently putting them in a sub-list would improve the appearance).
An RS script would be preferable to directly manipulating tables in the msdb and Reporting Services databases , but it may have to come to the latter.
Thanks once again, John.
Cheers Mike
