Day Four wrapped up SQL Pass 2005. As a first time attendee to this event, my head was swimming by the end of today with the amount of information I've had to process. I am exhausted yet ready to get back to work and deploy some of the lessons I've learned this week. Most importantly, I'm ready to get home to see my wife and son after a four-day absence.
The conference this week was a big success, at least for me. Despite a couple of bad sessions and a few administrative problems, the conference was well worth the time and money invested here. After twelve breakout session and a full day preconference course, along with three different social events, I can say that I've learned much and have met some interesting and qualified people.
I'm very much looking forward to deploying SQL Server 2005. Even more, I'm excited about attending next year's PASS conference in Seattle. See you there!
