Reported: VMware’s Oracle support goes 24/7 starting Q1 2013

Michael Webster from longwhiteclouds.com reported that VMware Global Support Services told him a few days ago that the Extended Oracle Support Policy is going to be running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as of Q1 2013.
