Changing Priorities

,

5406282573_a96217faa9_mIf you’ve been following this blog for a while, you have probably noticed that the content here has been a bit sparse.  In fact, I don’t think I’ve written anything wholly interesting in a number of months.  Lots of posts about checklists, up coming presentations, and re-caps of posts from years past.

That shift in content was actually on purpose as I worked through a few higher priority projects in the past year.  To recap, here are a few of the major items I accomplished:

Since I finally wrapped up the last of the items on that list, the priority will be shifting back to this blog, much to my delight.  Hopefully, some of the upcoming topics will be worth checking out.  Here are some of the ideas I’ve been stashing over the last year to write about:

    • T-QSL changes with SQL Server
    • Updates to Index Analysis script
    • Updates to CLR projects
    • Expansion of topics covered in the indexing book
    • Recording of demos from all of my presentations and posted here with write ups.

If there are other things that people want to see, please leave a comment below.  I ‘m really pumped at finally having time to write for my blog again.
