Katmai July 2008 CTP is Out

I'm downloading now, and you need some sort of inviation to do so, but it's available and ready for you to test.

The documentation is a little skimpy on installation, so we'll see what happens in my build VM. Actually I'll be aware from my build VM, so someone let me know what doesn't work in the installation.
