In the last couple of months SQLTreeo has improved her customer contact skills. Before it was just an email to email conversation between our users and our development guru’s.
As we have been growing with our development team we have also fulfilled the need of a having good support team and moreover a solid support system that allows us to work more efficiently.
Behind our email@example.com email we have placed a state of the art servicedesk support system that reads incoming mails and place them into a ticketing system. After receiving the email the corresponding support engineer or developer is notified. The support engineer or developer then starts to work on an answer for the customer and starts working on (if needed) an appropriate solution. The customer on his turn receives an ticket number via email through which he can contact that appropriate engineer or developer.
With this solution we shorten the communication lines and we never forget to answer a question.
As we move on expanding SQLTreeo with more and more useful functionality and expanding our team to build more alike products we welcome this approach very much and hope you do too!
