Cumulative Update 5 For SQL Server 2005 SP3

Microsoft has released the latest Cumulative Update for SQL Server 2005 SP3, which is Build 4230. They also released a Cumulative Update for SQL Server 2005 SP2, but I really think you should have moved to the SP3 branch by now.
