In almost 12 weeks time, I’m embarking on a challenge of a lifetime. I’m scaling Africas highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro to raise much needed funds for cancer research carried out at a local centre – Velindre (http://www.wales.nhs.uk/sites3/home.cfm?orgid=357)
I have started training and ventured up many of the finest mountains in Wales including Snowdon, Cadir Idris and Pen-y-Fan.
