Automatic Recovery of Data Pages
The boffs at Microsoft continue to make their high availability solutions as painless as possible.
In mirroring, the principal and mirror machines ar enow able to transparently recover from 823/824 types of data page errors. This is achieved by requesting a fresh copy of the suspect page from the mirroring partner – all transparent to end users and applications.
