SQL Saturday 62 – Tampa FL – January 15th 2011

By Brian K. McDonald, 2010/12/18

On January 15th, 2011, SQL Saturday is once again coming to Tampa Florida. This is going to be a tremendous event and you don’t want to miss it. There are also two all day sessions by Denny Cherry and Stacia Misner the day before. Regrettably, I am not able to make the full day sessions, but I will have an opportunity to get in front of you all to talk about SQL Server Reporting Services 2008. Although I am unsure what time that I will be presenting, here is the abstract that I submitted for my session:

SQL Server Reporting Services is a fundamental part of Microsoft’s Business Intelligence suite of products which as its name suggests provides a centralized robust reporting solution for organizations. Using a familiar development environment we can create static and interactive reports that can be delivered to consumers in a variety of ways. In this session, I will cover topics like:

A lot of the other great consultants with Pragmatic Works will be there presenting too including Adam Jorgensen, Devin Knight, Mike Davis, Jorge Segarra, Brad Schacht and Sherri McDonald. Other brilliant people by the likes of Rodney Landrum, Ed “The Scripting Guy” Wilson, Kendall Van Dyke, Jack Corbett and Kevin Boles… the list of talented experts goes on and on! Don’t miss this completely free event. That’s right… Completely FREE! Come join us for a great day of talks on varying areas of SQL Server. For more details and register please visit the SQL Saturday website.
